We engaged with Summit Solutions because a close of friend of ours used them for their Okemo ski home renovation and were very impressed.

I cant say enough amazing things about Adam and Marc and the Summit team. They were excellent at communicating details, keeping us updated on the overall project progress, executing with urgency and efficiency given our tight timelines, and navigating various challenges that were thrown at them.

We did a major renovation that included all aspects of our home including HVAC - multi ton 5 zone mini split, complex Plumbing, entire unit electrical work, major construction to expand the overall footprint by 30%, Custom barn doors and framing, hardwood floors, painting, etc. It was a major job and they were completely flawless in their execution and coordination.

Adam and Marc were always available and were extremely patient with us throughout the entire project. Their hardwork and professional integrity stood out to us and gave us real peace of mind especially given the fact that this project was going on while we lived over 4 hours away and not able to be there on a weekly basis. They were able to accommodate the distance by showing us videos, doing facetime and conference calls, etc

We have been working with Summit Solutions for the past 4 years to have them handle landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal. The team is always responsible, prompt, and in constant communication (thank you Stausha) in terms of how they plan to address any issues (especially when we have a major winter storm!).

This past month, we hired them for the first time to handle interior contracting work - closing up an existing door to a bedroom and opening up a new one. Mark was incredibly helpful walking through the project and planning for it, and the team did remarkable work. The work kept the character of our old farmhouse in tact, looking like the door and wall had been there forever. Overall the work was extremely clean and meticulous. Professionalism top to bottom, and we could not be happier!
