Best customer service of just about any business I've ever patronized anywhere, and they've kept up the same standards for years. I frequently submit orders for delivery via email, which are delivered very promptly, sometimes even the next day. When there is even a small question about an order, they proactively reach out to clarify, and when there is an issue, they rectify promptly. Extremely knowledgeable staff and with their lumber yard and special ordering capabilities, there is rarely a reason to need to go to a Big Box...

Truly, the only thing better than a good hardware store, is a good thrift store. The management here understands Vermont climes and keeps pellets in stock y/r.
