we were asked pertinent questions pertaining to our health and sleep needs. asked what we wanted and expected in a bed, size, firmness, and what we wanted most out of the bed. we were then given three choices to try independently and as a couple, since our sleep needs are entirely different . we took our time and spent at least three hours to make our decision . we were never once hurried or pushed to make a decision. we then discussed price,opitions,warranties,and delivery & set up. the bed was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Jr. has followed up with us by phone and email to answer any questions or problems that may arise. we love the product and the service. Bought my bed a few months ago and wanted to break it in before reviewing. Mike and his team were phenomenal! I never thought I would be educated in mattresses. The delivery was at the time stated which doesn’t happen often these days. I love the adjustable bed. It’s very solid and everything mike said it would be. The wrangle mattress in a queen is a lot softer than the twin that was in the store. With all the education I got I wish I was told that would happen. It’s very good quality just not as firm as I thought it would be which unfortunately means I’ll be shopping for another mattress sooner than...
