Well they got 2 stars only because I liked what what I got I put a small silver bracelet on layaway after the lady had got my ID she then proceeded to ask for my social security number when I replied (My social security number!?) In a concerned tone She then started to closing out windows on her computer I honestly feel like they would ruin your credit by fraud getting loans and such along those lines .when I confronted the owner her response was by law we can ask for that. I say that to say this I'm educated enough to know when there is a scam about and genuinely feel that if given a chance these shady characters would have had a feild day with my information help me keep people safe and don't shop here ..ps they are now beside tomboys at...

I used to LOVE this place until the owner hired a VERY undesirable and unlikable lady who absolutely repelled me, to work in her stead, who is at best ignorant and had little expertise, she attempted to tell me that a gold ring I purchased from McNeills several years ago was not gold, when I knew it was, and I wanted to sale for scrap as it was damaged. I took it to a different shop where I scrapped it for over 75 dollars(original price over 200$s).
