This scenic overlook offers a view of some water in the distance. I’m not sure what it is, but it looks serene. The name makes me think river, but it does not work to be moving. Hard for me to tell… It’s easy, pulling in and out of here. There really was not too much traffic while we were there. Things will probably pick up as far as traffic goes once we get deeper into the...

It’s nice place for an overview to the Luray valley. This overlook has enough parking space and you can see the beautiful valley from up here. 3100 feet altitude provides great view during fall season. This place could be a good choice for sunset seeing as it’s...
