After many years with Verizon, we decided to switch to Sprint after moving to Page County and finding very poor cell service in our new home. During the process, there was a problem with one of our phones being locked out by Apple due to security issues. It turned out to be pretty complicated and took over a week to resolve. I dealt with Barbara, Bryanna and Priscilla, and I will say that all three of them worked diligently to try to fix the issue. My problem took a great deal of time and patience on all our parts, but they remained courteous and professional even when I became frustrated. Priscilla finally hit upon the solution, my husbandās phone was restored without a loss of contents (which Apple had told me would be necessary), and we were back in business. I would like to thank all three of these ladies for helping me. I also had the opportunity to see Barbara and Priscilla interacting with other customers while helping me, and I was very impressed with their patience and courtesy, even when customersā needs fell slightly outside what would be expected from a cell phone sales rep. I was in the store for at least three hours reminded me of the car buying process the folks there are nothing short of sales people. During that time at least three customers came in with billing issues I should have hit the door running at that point. My billing issue came with the 3rd bill. Visited the store twice both time was promised a call back from the manger. Ha still waiting..do yourself a favor skip this store go directly to t-mobile to speak with a knowledgeable representative. Glad I did because I found out I was mislead regarding trading in my phone for a promotion credit of 415.00 the associate acted like my phone wasn't eligible. Also they told us we would have to pay for the screen protectors even though the plan 360 included them.I am.not entirely sure I got everything I should have.I am really disappointed in the entire experience. My friend who switched to T-Mobile the day before had the exact same experience. They lied about free iPad promotions. Then when i got my bill and wanted to speak to the manager, she's never available. I should have known not to do this because while we were there switching multiple people came in to also complain about their bills not being correct. She can't even own up to her mistakes and answer the phone like an actual professional and responsible manager!
Update after 2 months! The new manager is just as awful as the old manager! Absolutely nothing has been resolved and my bill continues to exceed what they told me! These people do NOT care. They will lie and cheat the system for a sale. It's incredibly sad! It's now been a week and a half and they won't pick up the phone at the store. Not to mention, the new manager was "supposed" to get back to me and of course hasn't. This place is a JOKE! DO NOT RECOMMEND...
