I would give 0 if it were an option. My floors were installed mutiple times due to the quality of installation, and I don't mean 1 or 2 or even 3 times. I tried to give them every opportunity to perform a quality installation. Floors were chipped and scratched. My door frames were cracked during installation. Paint was scratched. Nails left all over house. The first time, I was told the living room was caused by water damage, but Shaw and inspectors found no water damage. Even after the second reinstall, water damage kept being brought up as I would mention finding chipped and scratched floors installed throughout the home. Then once floors were taken up (so that I could receive a full refund), mold was growing where floors were put over wet leveling material. Joe was nice enough. However, when it comes to business, you should always own up to the work that you do and ensure that you are providing quality work. The problem is that the crews are in such a hurry that quality is not even considered. My experience was the very definition of shoddy work. I don't write this review as an angry customer. I am not angry. I am very happy that I was able to get a refund and get services through someone else. I write this in hopes that you will think twice and do your research before using this company.

Update: The below company response is simply untrue. Water damage was not the cause of these issues. Shaw Floors and an inspector ruled that it was installation. The mold was only on the leveling spot. It occurred because leveling material was not allowed to dry before floors were put down. Installing chipped floors is not quality work or water damage. We had a great experience at Warehouse Carpets. After shopping all the "big box stores" we checked them out after learning about them on a Facebook post. Kim spent so much time with us not only teaching us about all the types of laminates and vinyls but listening to understand what we wanted. This really helped us to know if we were comparing apples to apples with other stores. We were able to get a higher quality floor for better prices. As DIY homeowners she and the owner, Joe, helped us with our installation questions and even double checked our square footage by measuring our home. They responded fast anytime we had a question, were friendly, knowledgeable and super professional! They went out of f their way to make sure we were satisfied the whole step of the way.
