Valentine Orchard Wedding & Event Center — Attraction in Luthersville

I had my wedding here 2 years ago, and it was absolutely beautiful but I do have some warnings (maybe things have changed since then, idk). If you don't want the owner to come to your wedding you may have to specifically tell her she's not invited. She showed up uninvited to my family and close friends only wedding, wearing white. She directly distracted my wedding coordinator AS the ceremony was happening, so my bridesmaids didn't know when they were supposed to walk down. We also had multiple signs up to not have your phone out for the ceremony so that pictures and video were people just enjoying themselves, and she had her phone out and was in view of our videographer and photographer. Multiple people in my family tried to politely hint that she wasn't invited, and then my husband had to actually ask her to leave. There were also a huge amount of ants the day before and day of, that got on the cupcakes, so be ready to spray the heck out of them right up until the ceremony if you can. It was a beautiful place, a good price and a wonderful canvas for our diy wedding, I don't regret using this space but I do wish I knew ahead of time how firm we had to be on having only our invited...
