When you arrive, take a look at the lot where materials are stored and loaded. This trash pile that they work in will indicate the type service you will receive as I did today. It took nearly an hour and a half to load 30 rolls of roofing material. Multiple customers arriving after me were loaded first. Pallet of material was torn and they would not shrink wrap. Later learned that 10 rolls of the material they loaded were incorrect. When I returned to have the 10 exchanged, it took another 40 minutes. Watching the incompetent clown show race around on forklifts would be an OSHA inspectors ticket writing dream come true! I spent nearly $4K there today but never again. They have enough business, they don't care if...

I have needed product 3 x this month.every time I got jermaine..he is so slow.smoking a cigarette and didn't even offer to help me slide vynal box into my van..20 min for 1 box and 9 pieces of j channel..he is hurting my business and yours.i have called u in the past.i guess it doesn't matter.so I thought anyone looking at your reviews should know how my experience...

Good customer service,, but horrible materials loaders...... I waited over 1 hour for small order which it was paid 4 days before. Once the loader arrived with my material he was like I can't load it up. Load it up yourself.. he left the materials on the ground...
