PROBLEM - THEY FORGOT TO TELL US OUR STUFF WOULD COME BACK 18 MONTHS LATER INFESTED WITH STINK BUGS AND MICE FECES AND URINE.

When ask now what, we get an email that they are not responsible because we did not by their addendum insurance at $12/mth for $3,000 of coverage or $20/mth for $5,000 of coverage - Darn right = wrong, it wouldn't of mattered because the fine print says they only cover up to $500 for rodent damage. Obviously the company is aware of their rodent issue and never said anything to my wife about...

This is the second time I’ve used Mobile Attic in two years and I cannot speak highly enough about the company. My in-laws even ended up using them due to my recommendation and were highly pleased. They didn’t have a driver when I was needing my pod delivered and they made accommodations to get the pod to me on the day I needed it. Afterwards, there was an issue with material blocking the pod from being picked up. I was able to get in contact with the driver on the weekend to notify him of the situation. He waited until the material was moved to pick up the pod. I don’t know his name but I if he reads this I hope he knows how appreciative we were for his help. Overall, the company is easy to work with, has the best rates, is professional and down to earth. They stay in contact with you, try to help make your move easy and are very prompt. A lot less expensive than the POD folks and excellent customer service! The call center guy at the 800 number is so darn nice and Mike at our local Mobile Attic is as well. Very up front about prices/fees (unlike the evil POD people).

We had decided to get a storage container as we were in the process of changing all the flooring in our home. Since the price is the same if you use the container for a week or a month, we decided to keep it for the entire month. After we moved the furniture back in the house, we emptied our garage into it so we could paint the floor, something my hubby's been wanting to do for a while now.

I would have given them a 5 star rating if the latch on our door didn't have issues! It looked as though it had been bent/cut before and it was very difficult to open and close - only my husband could do it, which was very frustrating.
