Dollar General — Local services in Lynchburg

This store could not have been any more disorganized or junked up. Stock was piled up everywhere on carts blocking a good portion of the shelves. Saw one staff member in the whole store. They were busy at the register. Can't really say it's their fault. One person can't take care of the register/customers and keep the store properly stocked. So I put this squarely on management. Dollar Generals are a good store, when managed properly. I visited on 2 occasions over a couple days. No change to the situation. Saw one lady with a stroller. Impossible for her to access all the rows. This should be a major fire code violation. Hope they get it...

I think it's a shame i can go down the road 10 miles either way and buy the same exact products and it cost more and your products are going up while other grocery stores are going down I see your company taking advantage of small town people that for whatever reason may not be able to go far and it's not a convenience to spend more money that they really don't have.I think I will take my family's shopping somewhere else.Ive always did some shopping at your stores and ino a lot of people that quit going because of...

Edit- This location continues to be a location that encompasses the below information. The ailes are still full of carts full of food, items on the floor, missing massive amounts of items.
