Terrible highway trap. Would have been cheaper to tow my vehicle to lacrosse and pay a real mechanic to fix it. Had my vehicle for 2 weeks to do a job that should take one afternoon. Refuses to answer phone or call me back FOR DAYS in a row. Absolute criminal........ If saying you will call Me back the next day and not calling or answering for 3 days is what you call honest then I must not know honest. If charging 400 for parts that cost 200 is honest. Telling me you ordered parts on mon when in fact you waited until Wed is honest? The fact you think you gave me a deal is insane. I called several other shops and they all said you were taking me for a ride. Maybe you should not be a mechanic if you can't make any money without over charging people. Maybe instead of trying to defend yourself on Google you should be on indeed hiring real mechanics. Brought my car to have my exhaust flex tube replaced. Spoke to the mechanic who said he can fix it, just needed to buy the new tube to be welded on. Left my car with him during the morning and later in the day he called to say it was done. Mechanic made sure the car was off the lift before I came so that see I couldn’t examine what he had claimed to do. Turns out all he did was wrap some adhesive tape around the bad flex tube to try and stop the leak. It did temporarily stop making the noise but only for a few days. A couple weeks back I went to a few different shops to get some estimates on a big repair that I had been putting off for a while. I came upon this shop and I was just so upset by how rudely I was treated by someone named Royals or Royce. Just seemed like my repair wasn’t going to be a priority and like I was better off going elsewhere. So that’s exactly what I did! I ended up going back to one of the shops that actually took the time to listen to my concerns and write up a free estimate!
