Swagger Inn — Restaurant in Lyndon Station

I went in for a fish fry with my Father. The bluegill was like fried rubber. It took literally over an hour to get our food.

It took over 45 minutes after we had finished eating and wanted to leave and had reminded the waitress twice prior to be brought the To-go Order when also ordered at the same time we ordered our food.

Tiny young blonde waitress was incredibly rude she insisted we didn't order a to go order and thankfully I still had the bill we paid to prove it.

Just a terrible experience.

I'm told it's not always like that, and that when the rude waitress isn't there, the atmosphere is welcoming and the orders come out correctly.

Idk... Once was enough for me. I dont like being insulted and I definitely don't like bad food.

I've also heard good things about their breakfast service... My buddy Dennis swears by it.

Maybe I'll try their breakfast... Not...

Very rude bartender. Walked in and made a joke about getting ID’d, replies with “if you don’t like it, leave.” Ordered my drink and put a $20 on the bar. She took the money and took orders from everyone else that was in my group. After 5 minutes I finally asked for my change and she accused me of not paying. Then while shooting pool with my buddy, I politely asked a couple to slide over a bit so I could attempt a shot. They respond with “we’ve been here all night and never had to move, move the table if you want to shoot.” So I try shooting in between him and his girlfriend that are holding hands and won’t let go, and he grabs my stick so I couldn’t shoot. Love going to Lyndon but will never step foot in this...

This was super convenient for us prior to jumping on the freeway home. They were open early and served breakfast. Not to mention just any breakfast, Im a huge biscuits gravy girl. Absolutely nailed it! I did a half order with two eggs scrambled. Little bite to the gravy, which I absolutely try for when I makenit home! He has the countey fried steak. Huge portions! Bartender was very friendly and kept my coffee full. He had a screwdriver and said the OJ tasted like it was freshly squeezed. Highly recommend and plan to stop by when wwre visiting in the future. Looks like a great lil dive bar $2 high life...
