If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Josh and Tyler are hands down the best duo I have ever encountered in ANY retail setting, let alone an adult store. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with their genuine warmth and infectious energy—it’s like walking into a place where you’re already among friends.

Their knowledge is next-level. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned shopper, they make you feel comfortable, informed, and totally at ease. They know their inventory inside and out and can answer any question with a mix of professionalism, humor, and real expertise. No awkwardness, no pressure—just solid recommendations tailored to your needs.

But what really sets them apart is their chemistry. Josh and Tyler bounce off each other so effortlessly that it’s like watching a perfectly synchronized comedy duo in action. Their dynamic is a mix of hilarious banter and pure customer service magic—they keep things lighthearted, fun, and engaging, all while making sure you leave with exactly what you came in for (and probably a few things you didn’t even know you needed!).

Still wouldn't shop here due to them cycling through staff like crazy the backrooms get cleaned on 3rd shift between 2-3am "last time I was there" they used to use bleach and now they use ammonia which is a thank God! Pricing of everything is around 2.5x to 3x the original price it's just easier to shop online and get for original price other than like $300 for a max 2 and you can get it on there website for like $150 roughly don't quote me on it. I'd never shop there or use there backrooms! I used to shop there till I went online and found a the same exact toy for 1/3 to 1/2...

I highly recommend going somewhere else. They knowingly sell defective products and take advantage of customers to make money. I baught a battery vape for 40 bucks that was defective, i tried returning it right away to get one that actually worked and was refused and laughed at. I wish i would have looked at their reviews before going there and seen that numerous people have had the same problem. Its sad how the only way a business can stay afloat is by purposely selling defective products and screwing over customers. I will never be going...
