Hanna’s Auto Repair is very professional and care about every customer. They have their customers best interest at heart. The reviews speak for themselves. They are very well respected in their community for their honesty and trustworthiness. It’s unfortunate that Mr Norton feels the way he does. It’s an unfortunate thing that happened. It’s an unfortunate thing that your tool box was PRIED, with a crowbar, out of the bed of your truck, but in the 12 years that Hannah’s Auto Repair has been in business, this has NEVER happened before! Mr Norton came to the shop and saw, for himself, how Hanna’s parking lot was. It’s not a fenced in lot and NONE of the other mechanic shops In Lyndon or surrounding areas are!! You obviously didn’t have a problem with the parking lot when you visited the shop. You saw it wasn’t “fenced in”. You came to the shop to get your vehicle fixed. As YOU stated in court, IN COURT, you didn’t have a problem with the work that was done at Hanna’s Auto Repair, or with Mr Hanna. Reviews are based on work done and completed, and also with service. Again, in your own words “ you had no problem with work done or with Mr Hanna”. You obviously didn’t have a problem with them towing your vehicle on a Sunday, yes Sunday, a “non working “ day. This shows how Hanna’s Auto Repair cares about their customers, and go out of their way to help, even on a Sunday! I have been taking my trashed out mommy mini vans to Hanna's for years. They always have excellent customer service and never mention the crusted on coffee rings, endless elementary art, or the gallery of stickers that litter the interior of my car.

Whenever I have to reschedule because a kiddo is sick or I forgot to show up, they are super accommodating. I never feel like they try to oversell me on unnecessary services. The prices are very reasonable and I am in and out very quickly. They have a very flexible schedule so I can get my van in first thing in the morning.

The communication is excellent and I always feel like I have a thorough answer to any questions I have about my vehicle (and the questions are many since I have no idea how a car works like, at all).

We had a great experience at Hanna’s! Hanna’s was recommended by a friend, we have had a bad experience since we moved to the area so we weren’t expecting much! However, we were pleasantly surprised!! Hanna’s did a thorough inspection and provided a list of things that the car needed done and prioritized which was most important and how much it would be. We have completed two of the repairs needed and couldn’t be more pleased with the work and the timely time it was completed! Just a side note; my keyless fob battery was weak, which made it difficult to get into car. I just hadn’t had time to get it fixed. When I picked up my car from Hanna’s, Terry had replaced the fob battery for me! Much appreciated and just another example of the character of the business!
