Bellissimo Salon Suites — Local services in Lynn Haven

Actually the WORST experience i’ve ever had, of course I’m not a stylist and don’t understand the whole process. I went to Cassidy (who i’ve seen wonderful reviews about) and saw her for a consultation prior. We agreed to do a color correction on me at 125$ an hour. I come in and we get started at 9:30, I’m not sure what was going on because again like she threw in my face countless times, “I’m not a stylist” but… after 5 rounds of color remover on my hair there was no progress being made… she stripped it 5 times and wasted about 5 hours of my time. AGAIN, i’m not a stylist and of course I don’t understand hair but I have had the same service from others and it wasn’t like this. I respectfully asked Cassidy to stop the service around 2pm and she claimed she was about to begin lightening it where I would see a change (after 5 hours and telling me she didn’t have time in the day to bleach and tone it, when i took off work for this and to come back sometime this week). Things escalated and she was EXTREMELY rude, speaking to me like I was degenerate (which I have recorded on my phone), I told her I had no problem paying for the time spent but once she got nasty I told her I didn’t want to pay because she was rude. She called the cops after I told her to do it because she’s disrespectful. She played it out like I was “crazy” when I was so sweet explaining I didn’t want to continue the service. When the cops arrived she ran to the door and pushed me out of the way and screamed “You’re not leaving” multiple times to my face, and I have video proof (and I know the salon does as well). Anyways of course I ended up paying because I originally was going to despite her attitude… regardless the situation escalated due to me not being interested in continuing services. Beware when booking because it seems like she wastes time to make more $$$ (which good for her) but bad for others. THANKFULLY i’m not allowed near the salon SO I don’t have to deal with her again but genuinely beware! I now am left with stripped hair and 400$ short! (I also have video evidence of this all in case people want to say I’m lying :) ) 0/10!! (p.s. picture is her blocking the door screaming at me because the cops showed up and i wanted to speak to them! and she had the audacity to call me crazy!) i guess sticking up for myself and for what i don’t like or feeling like i’m being taken advantage of...

i got my hair done here almost 2 years ago, i wanted (first picture) and got (second picture) and when i told the lady i didn’t like it because my hair was ORANGE she said “okay well what do you want me to do with it?” mind you it took her 5 hours to bleach my hair, she kept stopping and walking out of the room to take other phone calls, i can’t remember who it was who did my hair, i will say she didn’t charge me the full amount because i didn’t like it i think i ended up paying like 140$ in the end when it was supposed to be 400$, i told her i wanted more blonde pieces and then copper lowlights, it was even more orange in the sun and even with washing my hair with cold water like i was told to do the color faded very fast, my appointment was at 1 and i didn’t leave until almost 8, when i told another salon this they said there was no way it should’ve taken over even 3 hours for what she did, maybe if she did the first picture but she bleached my hair for 5 hours, left me at the sink for almost 30 minutes, then washed my hair and when we came back she blow dried it and then put in the orange and it made my hair darker than it was before she...

DO NOT GO If you are a first timer. It seems like they don’t care about new customers. I had an appointment at 2:45pm for a hair color. Waited till 3:45pm and in that one hour one person came out to find out why I am looking out for someone so as a courtesy she came and asked what did I need. When I said I have an appointment with the specific person she said she’s with someone else and will be out soon. Well, that one hour wait was not worth it, since I saw the person coming in and out multiple times without even assuring me I will be seen soon. So I left. Worst experience ever!! Not all all professional. And the place seems horrible. I wouldn’t recommend it...
