Cain Griffin Park — Attraction in Lynn Haven

One of the best parks to go to in Panama City post-Hurricane Michael. It is well-kept and has many diverse things to do, keeping both kids and adults having fun. This park includes a water park, a walking track, baseball fields, a playground, basketball court, tennis courts, and multiple bathrooms. I am very impressed with how quickly this park got repairs after Hurricane Michael- not only just making the necessary repairs, but also expanding the park to attract more people and including more utilities. Nice park but could use more shaded sitting. Plenty of benches but only one in the shade. Also not allowed to have anything to drink at the splash pad and you are sitting in the sun. Not a great setup cause you can't leave the little kids to go to the picnic area to get something to drink. Setting people up for dehydration! Way too hot to be sitting in the sun without water! It’s cool and all, but the splash pad shuts down at 4pm, which is ludicrous to me. I’ve tried to get my 3 yr old over there and get his hopes up just to crush em bc I can’t make it over there before 4.
