BROC Cabinets, Countertops, & Granite — Local services in Lynn Township

Purchased granite countertops from this contractor in 2017. The original installation and seam were amazing except...they drilled our soap dispenser hole in the wrong location. We called up to find out the plan and dealt with the owner who was extremely rude on the phone, but assured us they would make it right. They show up with the new piece and join it to the old piece that they didn't screw up. The seam is so obvious and the pattern is so off its no where even close to similar. We told them this wasn't acceptable and the owner replies with a snarky comment that it's stone and being natural there aren't guarantees of a match. I replied to him that the original work was very similar in pattern and that the seam blended in so nicely and his response was a not my problem attitude. I should of gotten more than one quote, I shouldn't have paid them until I was satisfied, and I shouldn't have deleted my review in 2017 but I felt guilty leaving a poor review being a business owner myself. After staring at this for so long, and having another rude experience with the owner or manager Norm (I think his name is) I've decided to let people know what they could expect if they hire...

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect business for my kitchen/bath renovations! From start to finish the BROC designers and crew were a notch above the rest. They carefully listened to my vision, added their own (knowledgeable) expertise, and worked within my desired budget. Additionally, the selections far exceeded my expectations in both variety and quality. I was also incredibly impressed with the crew throughout the entire demo/install process. The quality, craftmanship, and care they exhibited is unmatched. The designer/install team also kept me informed on the daily, valued my input, and left my home clean and tidy at the end of each work day. My experience with Brock was amazing Terree assisted me with the selection of my products everything was done on schedule or ahead of time. The best testament to this company was there resolution of an issue. The shower doors that I ordered allowed for water to seep out under the door. Everyone at Brock was attentive and quick to rectify the issue. It was not an issue on their part, but truly of the design of the shower door.
