Not only is this review overdue, but I’ve never even been here. How can I give it five stars? I apologize for the length but read till the end and you’ll know why you want to visit. It was a week before my knee replacement surgery and I decided to ride the Lehigh trail and make a stop in Easton at the Public Market to get a bottle of Eight Oaks vodka. I looked for a parking spot for ten minutes and settled on one two blocks away. I limped over to the store to find a sign on the counter that stated they would be back in ten minutes. I found a seat and when my half hour was expiring on the parking meter, I had to leave because no one ever came back. Normally I would have just let it go, but I was angry. I live 60 miles from Easton, would be laid up with surgery, wanted it for my wife for our Anniversary and wouldn’t get a chance to get back this way, literally until the new year. I called the phone number on the website, got a voicemail and left the diatribe listed above. In less than 20 minutes I got a call from a man who said he was the owner and wanted to know what had happened. He listened to me vent for 5 minutes and then we talked for another ten. I felt better to know that he was concerned, but what he did next blew me away. He said,” You have my cell since I just called you. Text me your address and I’ll see that you get your bottle.” I told him that was above and beyond and certainly not expected. What the hell, I sent him my address later in the day. And I am not kidding you, Chad was in my driveway, over 60 miles away, the next morning dropping off not only the vodka, but some whiskey as well! He refused to accept any money. And in the short time I spoke with him it became apparent that he was the kind of man that once you got to know him you’d patronize his business. It wouldn’t matter if he ran a distillery or sold insurance. You would know that he was doing his best to look after you. Hey look, who doesn’t like a story that ends up in free booze? But we have all had to interview people in our life to decide whether they would be our doctor or sell our house. You know what I mean. Chad is that kind of guy. So although my experience is quite unique, I am confident that when I finally do get to Tripoli the best product and service Chad can provide will be waiting for me inside his doors. Recovering in...

@tre_onthefarm's Culinary Magic: Let's talk about the food! The homemade selections curated by Chef Tre are nothing short of divine. The Chicken Tacos and beet salad were revelations. Fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor, they perfectly complemented the spirits. Kudos to Chef Tre for creating such delightful pairings!

Read moreBeautiful setup… disappointing experience. Do not go here if they are busy and you are hungry. The lady working the counter (not a table service restaurant) was nice and checked on a dairy allergy for us, which I was super thankful for and probably the only reason we are still giving 3 stars. She also then let us know that it would be 45 minutes before we got our food… being that we don’t know the area well and there aren’t many other options near by, we stayed. It took an hour and a half to finally get our food and we were the last table served. There is an appetizer section on the menu, but they should probably rename that because they don’t actually serve them as appetizers. By the time my husband got his burger, it was cold - an odd thing to happen when you wait so long for food. He ended up barely eating and we left.
If you’re going to have high volume seating available, you should have a kitchen or, in their case, food truck to accommodate. Otherwise, only seat the amount of people your kitchen can keep up with. At minimum, if you’re not going to have food in a timely manner - present guests with something to make the wait a little less tedious (ie chips and salsa or something else cheap and easy). Felt like it was an intentional ploy to get people to spend more money on drinks.
Staff was overall very nice… Management is setting them up for failure with their poor...
