This place is a scam!! Went in to get a California king fram/bed everything went fine so far. I placed the order and the young lady that attended me stated that I would recieve a call Monday to confirm that the bed frame was available. Monday i get a call that the bed is not available. I state its fine and I would like a refund. For the 1st 2 hrs they kept wanting me to pick a new fram that they had in stock. I advised them that I only wanted the one that my wife chose and that if they did not have it I wanted my refund. They charged me a 10% fee to give me back my money. This happend monday... its Saturday and I still have not gotten my money back.... had to file a claim with my bank... not...

I went to go buy a bunk bed, a water fountain and a shoe rack. Everything came with damage. I have proof that they forced the furniture through my bedroom door (which they also damaged) because I have security cameras. It has been 3 weeks and they don’t want to resolve anything because they say that I signed the paper, the shoe rack is missing screws and the drawers on the bunk bed are too stiff and to close it I have to put force. The lady in charge has bad customer service. If you come to this furniture store make sure to see that everything is in good condition before signing any paper. I went to this place because I was shopping for a dining set and this place was recommended to me. I unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing my dining set here to come to find out that it was of poor quality. The chairs and tables were not painted correctly and to top it off it was missing parts. I called the store so that I can get it fixed and was informed that there is no warranty on product and the only thing to do is to take it in wait and see if I could get it exchanged.Never again will I buy from this store.
