I recently had the pleasure of arranging Sarah's Pony Rides for my son's birthday party, and I must say that it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we made the booking to the very end of the party, the level of service provided by Suzanne and Patti was truly outstanding. Sarah's Pony Rides went above and beyond our expectations by bringing not only two ponies but also a petting zoo for the kids to enjoy. It was such a fantastic surprise that brought an extra level of excitement and joy to the celebration. The setup was well-organized, and everything was taken care of seamlessly. Patti, who handled the ponies, was incredibly skilled and professional. She ensured the safety of each child while still creating a fun and memorable experience. The ponies were gentle, well-cared for, and clearly accustomed to interacting with children. Patti's expertise and attention to detail were truly commendable. Suzanne, on the other hand, was in charge of the petting zoo, and she did a phenomenal job. The children had an absolute blast getting up close and personal with the adorable animals. Suzanne's warm and friendly nature made the experience even more enjoyable. She patiently answered all the kids' questions and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. The joy and excitement on my son's face when he saw the ponies and the petting zoo were priceless. I cannot thank Sarah's Pony Rides enough for making his birthday party a memorable one for him and all his friends. It was evident that Suzanne and Patti genuinely love what they do and have a deep understanding of how to create a magical experience for children. Furthermore, I would like to mention that my mother, who organized the event, was just as thrilled as her grandson. The exceptional service provided by Sarah's Pony Rides exceeded her expectations and left her feeling grateful for choosing them. Amazing staff and humane care of their animals! Sarah’s Stables came to my son’s fall festival at school, and I was beyond impressed. First, the animals looked well cared for, with needs prioritized. The “petting zoo” of goats and other animals kept the people OUT, with the animals penned inside. This way, the kids could pet all the animals that situated themselves near the edge of the fencing, but the animals could easily move to the center of the pen if they didn’t want to be touched. There were no harm to either animals or little kids! And, the kids could easily reach through the fence and pet and interact with the animals.

Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to help my son ride the ponies. My son is 8, but he has cerebral palsy and can’t walk or sit on his own. When she saw his wheelchair, the manager (?) immediately called her staff over to help get him out of the wheelchair and safely seated on the pony. Then, 2 staff members held my son on either side as the ponies walked in a circle. My son loved it, and I was free to take pictures of him! At the end, they got him off the pony and safely into his wheelchair.

I was so impressed because we have done pony rides many times, and usually, the staff looks and acts nervous/unsure if my son should be allowed to ride their ponies. I am usually the one to reassure them and explain how my son loves horses and can ride them with a little help. I almost always lift my son up onto the horse and need to hold his hand and body while we walk around. Then, people usually stares at us while I slide him off the horse and carry him back to his wheelchair. rented a pony ride and petting zoo from them for my nieces birthday party for a second year after the amazing experience we had last year and this year was a complete 360. The staff was so rude and lazy the entire time, the girl running the pony ride was so miserable and lazy that she was angry every time she had to get up and walk one of my guest around. They waited 30 minutes into my 60 minute rental to bring out the feed for the petting zoo AFTER one of my guest brought it to their attention and their excuse was oh we forgot but you didn't forget your attitude or your cell phone that you were on the whole time did ya? I was extremely disappointed and I will definitely not be recommending you to anyone or booking with you guys again. Total waste of $400. I wish I could give you no stars.

UPDATE: After my horrible experience with the people who did my party Crystal reached out to me and offered for me to come out to the farm to make up for it. Crystal went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. She personally walked us through the barn and let my nieces pet and feed the animals. She also gave us a little history on the barn and the animals that were there. Dave also played a part in our visit by giving us a pony walk through the trail which my nieces loved! I greatly appreciate them both taking the time out of their day to have us out to make sure that we were satisfied. My nieces still can't stop talking about how much fun they had. The fact that they reached out to me and wanted me to be 100% satisfied just goes to show how strongly they feel about their customers. We had a change of heart and will definitely be booking with them...
