Beautiful lakefront homes but they say a lot of things that aren't to draw you in.. for example I gave my max budget and was told multiple times that if we couldn't afford it, we'd get our money back, and not to worry because they'd do everything in their power to make sure I could afford the home. Homes continue to go up at a blistering pace, but yet no pool or amenity center for homeowners that have been here 1-2 yrlears already. Homes do look nice, but I personally would suggest to look elsewhere until you can get some type of guarantee that the power issue has been resolved at least.
