First time at this Burger King, in the drive thru while ordering the girl was all over the place with understanding the order, which was simple. A medium number 1 meal and a double whopper meal, she asked me if I wanted med or large for the double whopper and I said large. The price seemed a little low so when I got to the window I asked her about it and she repeated it back but she only had the double whopper not the meal, she had to correct it but acted very annoyed that she had to do so. Then the order came out opposite as a large #1 meal with large drink and medium double whopper meal with medium drink. I got the medium fry and the rest of the meal but no large fry in the bag. I was already at home by the time I realized no large fry was in the bag. I called the number on the receipt and it’s disconnected. I looked it up online. Same disconnect number. I called the store front to ask for the number or to be transferred and the guy that answered acted like he couldn’t comprehend anything I asked him so he was no help. Now I’ll have to go all the way back over there just for a large fry that I paid for. Normally I check my bags before leaving but just getting off work and tired from a long day so just grabbed and left thinking everything was in the bag as it should have been.
