Hopefully someone in the Postal Community will see this ... I am trying to get in touch with someone from this Post Office. It seems the phone numbers that are listed do not work or no one answers the phone ? My daughter is a Peace Corps Volunteer in Western Samoa and I sent a package to her on her island of Savaii , Salelologa WS that was sent to this post office?!!!! Not sure why ? I have a picture of the box that shows I wrote WS and the Post Office here in the USA also typed everything correctly! Also have tracking number. If anyone could help that...

If you're receiving parcels, you will have to walk at the back of the building to get them. Custom is also on site, so be prepared. Custom will check your parcels and ask you questions. The mail post office workers try their best at servicing all customers and sometimes there will be line. Just have to come at the right time not at 12pm because people take advantage of lunch time to get their mail. There's parking and it can be limited depending on what time...

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. We sent a box to my family in Samoa, and when they picked it up the laptop inside was stolen. Whoever it was had the audacity to take the package the laptop was in, steal it, and then put the package back in the box and made it look like it wasn't opened!
