Our acting classes are held here and I have to say, I wouldn't want to have it anywhere else. The facility is amazing! When you first walk in there are amazing-looking sets and then when you go through the double doors, the whole building opens up into a GORGEOUS sound stage separated into 3 colors for everything a film will need. And Rod is the most humble and accommodating person you'll ever meet. We've been here for almost 4 months and the student-actors absolutely LOVE IT. I can honestly say that our students have grown because we are in a space where they can fully, and creatively, express themselves without any restrictions. This place was GREAT!!! I am not sure why Mary Hunter decided to lie but I hosted the event she was invited to and the place does have 2 restrooms as well as a front and back exit. The owner was very helpful and flexible to make sure my parents Larry and Sharon Stinson enjoyed their 15 year Renewal Celebration. The caterer entered through the rear and had no issues. The exit signs are clearly marked and we (the people who PAID to rent the facility) blocked off the 2nd restroom for family members and vendors.

My band and I spent two days in this facility for a photoshoot and video shoot and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

The owner was hospitable, the building was clean, and it’s a really cool place to shoot video or photo projects.

There’s plenty of dressing room space and chill areas, as well as a fridge and vending machine. It’s close to a gas station for snacks, waters and booze.
