I am a dasher and had the worst experience tonight while picking up my two customers orders. The customer service is absolutely poor, and the management is even worse. It was my first time ever dashing here and when I say they have no respect for their customers or dashers I mean this. For one this location is managed by Mexicans only and the customer base are African Americans. The body language, the tone, and the unfriendliness towards there customers from what I observed was absolutely ugly. They donāt greet the customers, they look at them as if they hate serving them, and they talk short to them. They look like they didnāt want to deal with their customers at all. I sensed this so I was waiting in line for help, and the Mexican guy cashier assisted me and I told him my customers names, he stated , āthey aināt done yet.āI said how long he said, āI donāt know ā, and walked off. Unprofessional. I went outside for about 10 minutes,:so I decided to call the store before coming in, the Mexican girl cashier answered the phone and said ā whatās your order?ā I mean this is how she answered the phone for her customers. I asked for a manger immediately and expressed to her Iām uncomfortable speaking with her because of her attitude she dropped the phone and cussed me out! I asked the manager was he okay with her behavior he said nothing and told me the order was ready. I came in the restaurant, but the girl didnāt know it was me and I told her cussing me out was unacceptable and unprofessional because I am looking out for my customers. She then cussed me out again multiple times, while balling her fist up and pulling her work shirt from being untucked fro. Her pants aggressively while yelling and cussing, ready to fight, and told me ā to have some classā??????? Yet she was very unprofessional and was cussing and fighting in front of her customers and didnāt care and cussed me the dasher out. Her manager did nothing, he defended her shifted the blame on me and prevented me from delivering the order to my customer. I had to make a complaint to door dash about the unprofessionalism at this location. The manger did not correct her or even acknowledge me at all he wrote me off and sent me out his door. The Mexican girl cashier even balled up her fist and pulled out her shirt showing me she would fight me and all because Iām defending me and my customer in regards to her unprofessionalism. I mean are you serious? Iām a dasher servicing my community thatās businessās and serving the people. Iām helping her Restaurant gain more business, and I was treated very poorly. The manager did not care at all! I would never ever dash for this restaurant ever again, let alone eat at this restaurant because the customer service is poor, and the way my customers orders were treated tonight was even worse for me. I will be reporting this location to corporate and also to door dash and DoorDash will cut ties with them for being unprofessional towards the dashers and the door dash customers as a whole. This location needs to be shutdown, and it will. Itās only a matter of time! Iāve seen several different businessās come and go from this location, they will be next. They donāt deserve to be in business when the people that keep them in business are treated so poorly. The food was good I canāt even lie and I definitely wonāt say Iāll never eat here again š¤£š¤£ but the service was TERRIBLE my first time. The girl who was taking orders was rude, nasty and rushed us throughout the whole ordering process. She was blowing hard, leaning all over the counters and even walked away while we were ordering. When we asked about certain menu options she only pointed. My cousin was visiting and it was his first time eating there too. He even had to say something kind to her to change her attitude bc he knew I was about to snap on her. She still responded to him with an attitude saying how we donāt know what the line looked like before we got there. Mind you everybody had already ordered except us. Idc how good food is, if the service isnāt right Iāll go somewhere else. I work in healthcare and thereās no way Iāll ever take my frustration out on a patient idc how busy we get.

I went back š©š© I couldnāt help it. Judge yourself. The shrimp are phenomenal nothing can EVER make me hate yāall. The service has even changed. When I got here. I stood in the front in line and 2 young ladies was on their phones texting and another young lady was taking care of a customer and then right after she took care of the customer she started texting on her phone. Thatās when I said . Iām trying to place an order and all 3 of yāall are on yāall phones. I normally call me order in and yāall phone not ringing or nothing. Then one of the young girls said to one of the crew members, she said she called but something is wrong with her phone. Theirs nothing wrong with my phone. Someone here at the store clearly CUT the ring off because right after I said something a guy cut the ring on and NOW you can hear the phone ringing. I spend good money every time I come here and Iām sooooo tried of people not caring about great customer service. Itās ONE young lady that works at this location and sheās dark skin and small size young lady and I tell her that I hate when sheās not here because the customer service IS Trash!
