I will try to be as polite as I can but I would not recommend any of the brokers or carriers to work with this company to move their freight. They will use your services and once they are done using you, they will not pay for the services provided. I have been reaching them out since the month of May to release our payments that were supposed to be cleared off in January of 2024 but in the beginning they responded me that they will have those invoices cleared but it is not cleared till today's date. This company seems like a scam as I have seen other brokers and carrier's reviews and they have the same opinion. They even placed my phone number and my colleagues phone numbers as spam so that they never receive phone calls from our side. Whenever I call them using my or my colleague's number it goes to a voice message stating " This call is being screened by smart call blocker. The number you are calling is not accepting your call". This is how they treat people who help them move their shipments. Completely unprofessional and a scamming company. If you guys can't pay for the services then you should not hire brokers or carriers to work for you. If you are so broke that you can't pay a small amount to the carriers and brokers then you should shut down the business. I have never misbehaved with them I never raised my voice while speaking to them but things are getting out of hands and we are going to reach out to the recovery authorities now to get the payments cleared. No thank you. One lady spoke to my husband and I. The woman who spoke want snore concerned about "why" we where there. Once I told her that we would possibly like to purchase she stopped with the question line up. Fast forward past the walk through of this nasty warehouse with a very bad mildew, wet musky smell that they tried to disguise by having the bay doors open even though it was 40° outside. We inquired about to small side tables that had no price on them along with about 2 inches worth of thick grey dust. We were given and obviously made up and unreasonable price. Most of the items had this thick layer of dust, a lot of items were filthy and damaged. Zero customer service as the previous reviewers have expressed as i stated earlier the only customer contact that was initiated but a worker was to interrogate. Some of the lamp shades were literally falling apart. This place is in great need of new inventory and could even use a climate control to help preserve the items that they house before selling. This place is awesome. The staff do a great job setting everything up so that you can visualize the furniture in context of the rest of your design. They have high quality pieces and a great variety of styles and objects. I was able to furnish 3 rooms of my new home for just about $500, and everything was only gently used and in great condition. Amy and Sharon in the office/sales are super friendly, helpful, and patient. I had such a great experience. It’s also wonderful to be able to pay with credit (with no fee) and to hold an order for pickup for several days (after it’s paid for). I will definitely be back! Hidden...
