I recently visited BLAST GAME CENTER, and I have to say, their customer service is exceptional. Despite the 45-minute drive from Florida to Georgia, often extending to nearly an hour with traffic, the experience was well worth it.

This was my first visit after hearing great things about their retro gaming inventory, and I was not disappointed. Their collection is probably the best I’ve seen, with a wide range of retro games that brought back a lot of nostalgia.

What truly impressed me, however, was the way they handled a small issue with my purchase. My purchase wasn’t small; it was larger than what the average customer might spend. Given my distance and the circumstance, the owner was particularly attentive. When I called to address the issue of missing manuals, the owner personally took responsibility. He apologized, mailed the missing items to me, and even called to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Additionally, he refunded me for a game that couldn’t be found, mailing the cash directly to me. This level of attentiveness and integrity is rare and highly commendable.

I acknowledge that my situation might have influenced the level of service I received, and experiences may vary. Thought it was OK till I sold them over $100.00 in videos( what they said it was worth ( three large boxes full). Purchased a gaming system from them got it home and read the back of the box and realized it didn't play the games I wanted to play. Took it back unopened the next day and wanted to exchange it for the next step up system. I agreed to pay the difference of $60.00 but was told their policy would not allow me to exchange or return it. Not what I would call customer service. When I inquired why I couldn't exchange it I was told " I already told you it's not our policy, what part do you not understand. I was however offered $15.00 if I wanted to sell it back to them even though I paid close to $100.00 and the system was unopened and not used at all. This place is great!!! My home town has needed this for years. They have a huge selection of used gaming systems and games at dirt cheap reasonable prices, and great quality as well. The staff are awesome too, so helpful. There is also a huge arcade with multiple games from today and many from my childhood.
