Customer Service has gotten really bad. I seem to get an answering machine…can't get a call back. As a salon owner we are in the business of making money. When the equipment breaks or we are at a work stoppage they don't display any concern or urgency. They admitted today that their hand held machines break down all the time…are you kidding? After I bought three!!!! I am constantly dealing with a broken machine. I lose money daily because of it. I've gone through 3 machines and 7 guns in 4 yrs. This company used to be on on top of its game but has consistently gone downhill. The folks are polite when you get them on the phone but its hard to get them on the phone these days.
