DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
We purchased a hot tub from NE Ohio Factory Direct three years ago, and the experience since then has been nothing but a nightmare. The warranty is terrible—they cover parts but not labor, and they charge outrageous amounts for labor. On top of that, trying to get service is a complete hassle.
We’ve had a leaking issue with our hot tub and scheduled a service call on September 3, 2024. It’s now January 31, 2025, and they still haven’t fixed it. I’ve called once a month to follow up, only to be told repeatedly that "the part will be in next week."
The last time I called, I spoke with someone named Hugo, and the conversation was beyond frustrating. He didn’t seem to know what was wrong with the hot tub and even asked me to explain it to him. Then, he checked and said the parts were actually in stock. When I asked to schedule the repair right then and there, he refused, saying "that’s not how it works." He even claimed I hadn’t paid for the service, so I offered to pay immediately. He still wouldn’t schedule the repair.
When I asked for a manager out of sheer frustration, Hugo told me no, laughed, and hung up on me—not once, not twice, but three times! When I finally demanded to speak to a manager, Hugo said Brandon wasn’t in and promised a callback. Of course, no one ever called.
The staff are rude, unprofessional, and clueless. Employees seem to change constantly, and no one takes accountability for anything. This company clearly does not stand behind their products or their warranty.

She explained my brother is military Marines. Do they honor military families in a military discount? He said " NO! THE DISCOUNT FOR MILITARY IS IN THE PRICE. My mother said well I guess I won't be getting one here. He said okay bye. Totally unethical. Totally Unprofessional. Read moreSo I recently purchased a sectional from this store and I haven’t been satisfied from the start! The delivery guys rushed through the process and they did assemble the couch. I asked them about why some of the feet weren’t sitting on the floor and they told me that it just need to settle and for me to sit on it for awhile. I tried that and I soon realized that they didn’t have some of the studs in the slots that keep the pieces together. So I proceeded to try to put them together and I quickly realized why they weren’t together! They wouldn’t go! So we contacted the store and they aren’t quick on the response but they did eventually get back with us and they sent a repairman out. I watched him adjust things and work on the couch. Things looked better when he was done the feet were all sitting flat and the pieces were all together. That lasted about three days then the studs that he adjusted started to fall out and basically the whole couch came apart again. Out of 7 pieces 3 will stay together. The store is trying to give us store credit. This was the only couch in the store that my wife wants and we no longer want it! We have told them this and we haven’t had a response in almost a week. I should have listened to my parents they told me they’re products are cheaply made and not to buy from them. Live and learn I will never be back! Spend a little more and get a quality product...
