CTR Electronics — Local services in Macomb Township

Unbelievably good software and even better hardware, and support is top notch across the board. It's really hard to over state the value of being able to sit on the phone and have someone explain what you are missing or help you with advanced features.

I had the chance to watch CTR Electronics get handed a part that had failed. They actually sat down on the floor immediately and tore it apart with us watching, because they cared about the customer and the product and wanted to figure out what happened. They walked through exactly what component had failed, why, and what the customer could do to prevent it in the future.

Recently they showed up at a competitive robotics event and were helping teams with CTRE products, AND troubling shooting their competitors' products to help get them working.

Excellent Products, awesome service, and great people. The more CTRE product I can use the better. Their products have the reliability and ease of use make it a no-brainer for us. Our team currently is running a Pidgeon, 4x CANcoders, 1x Pigeon 2.0, 4x Falcon 500's, and a CANivore on our bot this season providing the the controls for our Auton. the only thing not CTRE currently is two accessory motors, and our swerve motors since we have not made the swap to Krakens yet, but already have our order to test them.

None of the CTRE product has been a problem for us through both our district events so far, and that reliability has been proven year over year.

Shout out to Mike, Jacob, and Omar who go above and beyond supporting their products at events. Thank you Omar for taking the time to explain some of the features we're not using yet to our controls team this past weekend, defiantly going to be using those soon as we can
