We have taken animals here in the past with no problems. On 7/12/2022 we encountered this problem: A truck in front of us unloading ( no problem because we knew the set up ). After a few minutes another truck pulls up and grabs a loading platform and apparently tried to jump ahead of us until a worker stopped her. He then approached me and asked me what we had and some health check papers. I told him, we were going to let their vet do it, since it's easier for us that we. So we unload our vehicle and they are finishing up the previous seller. The red haired lady found out we had over 70 hedgehogs and the lady behind us had 200, and they already checked in over 100. She immediately goes "the vet isn't going to do a welfare check on that many ", so she agreed to call the vet and check before we loaded them back up. She left our vision and hearing, so we can't verify she even called them. My personal feeling is, since we didn't call and pre consign them, this was her easy out to limit the number of hedgehogs there. They have a vet that comes out and checks the welfare of the animals and the seller pays that fee on top of the commission they get, and we are already aware of that fee and have no problem paying that. Our problem is if the vet is going to have a limit on the number of cages they are going to check, then their website needs to state that in the rules and regulations to sell there. Not only were we out the gas for a 6 hour round trip to get there, we were out our motel pre payment for less than a 24 hour...

I have to agree with Arron and junior reviews. Franki Lolli did the same thing to me with alpacas. He refused to take them and made me drive all the way back to Tennessee. I had a renowned vet from Tennessee write an independent health paper on the alpacas and because his employee had brought alpacas he didn’t want ours there so the bidding would go high due to the supply. Known this guy and his brothers for 15 years and he hounded me to bring bring merchandise then does this kind of thing. Arron is right Cookeville is only two hours from me. If I could make a minus review I would! Awful! The horse we bought from a buddy of theirs was not sound! Was not called in the ring and we asked their vet before we took the mare home - who assured us no problems! After several thousands of dollars to make this horse sound - we were assured we would have financial help in paying for the vet bills since the mare was not sound when sold!
