I went to this salon for several months after another stylist colored my greys but slopped it all over my hair and turned it almost black. The owner suggest a bleaching system. It worked and it came out just beautiful softer lighter color of brown. Still it was hard on my hair. Had to cut the ends off. A few months later I asked about a perm as I was bored with my hair. I had gotten a very bad perm by a professional stylist in the past. Had to have all my hair cut off. I expressed my concerns to the owner. The stylist coloring and cutting my hair was in training. The owner said NO it is fine even if it is colored and bleached less than 6 months ago. So I trusted her and went for it. Total nightmare. My hair was not crunchy like the first bad perm but it was almost solid frizz. I had to wet it constantly and it would frizz out when dry. Contacted my stylist and sent pictures. I was offered a free haircut resulting in losing about 4 inches in length. It looked decent when I left but it was still wet. The next day I still woke up with afro like hair and crying everyday. They ruined my hair. I contacted my stylist and told her and sent more pictures. It also turned my hair red. She totally ghosted me. The owner never contacted me for a remedy a refund and apology. Nothing. I went back to another place in Fort Kent and she told me she absolutely should have tested a strand considering my colored thin hair. I cry everyday. I had to cut it all off and have spent hundreds of dollars on 2 decent wigs until it all grows out. I have lost sleep and all my hair. I trusted them both and the completely...
