My wife has been going to a tire shop to fix her flat. The name of the tire shop that continued to gouge us $15 to fix the flat is on Tozar in Madera next to Jack n the box. They never once said anything about our bent rim. They continued to fix the flat but it kept leaking. We have our kids with us in our car and they never said anything to us about our rim. So I took her to Monterrey Tire Service. This place told me the tire keeps getting flat because the rim was bent. So, the worker torch heated my wife's rim and bent it back to what it should be. Unacceptable Service – Avoid This Shop

I took my car to this shop for a simple oil change, and everything went downhill from there. After the oil change, my car, which had never leaked before, started leaking oil. I returned to the shop, expecting them to fix their mistake, but they claimed to have resolved the issue and charged me again.

Unfortunately, the problem wasn’t fixed. When I went back to address the issue, they refused to take responsibility or provide a refund. I understand I don’t have the receipt, but I have clear proof through my bank statements showing the transactions and their business name. Despite this, the owner dismissed my concerns, saying he couldn’t do anything about it.

Now I’m stuck paying $980 to fix the damage caused by their negligence. They performed a poor oil change, charged me twice, and left me with an even bigger problem. This is unacceptable, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place.

Llevé mi carro a este taller para un simple cambio de aceite, y todo empeoró desde ahí. Después del cambio de aceite, mi carro, que nunca antes había tenido fugas, comenzó a tener una fuga de aceite.
