Tacos El Amigo — Restaurant in California

Fast and yummy. Refried beans were really good and the rice was pretty well flavored. Shrimp was clean and hearty. The grilled/sauteed onions and grilled jalapenos at the condiment bar are an awesome idea and value. What improvements might give this restaurant a better rating? ...don't pass the debit/credit card fees on to your customers as a 4% upcharge. There's something psychologically punitive about this fee vs paying an extra 40 cents built into the menu price of a $10 meal. Spice up your fajitas a little better and little fluffier/softer on the rice. With these improvements made you would get a 5 star rating. Just make sure your friendly smiles at the cash register...

I have been coming here since I was in middle school. I use to ditch class with my friends to eat a bean & cheese burrito. It was great. Over time I haven't been here but today was just a bad experience. I came here with my bf. I had a super burrito & he had tacos. His tacos were ehh gross. The burrito had no flavor & the spicy was overwhelming the taste. The soda is good lol. Omg & the flies!!! There were so many it was disgusting! I'm never coming here till they get a health inspector over here or something. The music is entertaining though. I wanted to sit outside but the tables were dirty. So 2 stars for you.... Worst service ever.....how are they going to lag on our food when the restaurant is completely empty?????? We ordered tacos and all we got was so little meat...not even worth it at all. Not to mention the cashier with thwir attitude. We asked for some more limon and we get attitude. I think its just taking up space honestly. If they cant do somwthing as simple as make sure the service to the customer is good then make room for a better place that can meet the customers expectations. The food maybe good and amazing but the service sucks!!!!!!!! And make tacos el amigo look bad...note to thw owner hire...
