The manager with all the piercings is rude. She won’t let you bring a service animal in even though policy allows it. So long as the pet is in a bag if they are in a shopping cart. And if your pet isn’t disposing of their bodily functions onto the store floor and isn’t barking at everyone then you have no reason to kick a service animal out.

I used to work at one of the Homeland sister locations in Shawnee and I’ve talked to higher ups about it so I know.

While we were in the store when she walked past she also kept glaring which makes no sense. We were just checking out.

Not only that but after she was done with her floor check with the scan gun she followed us out of the store into the parking lot to move her car. Kinda petty but okay pop off I guess.

You guys should probably reconsider who’s in charge at your stores. I felt uncomfortable in this place.

As for cashier service I had no issues. I asked a kinda stupid question but they were very kind and answered me politely. Props to them. Can’t remember your names but you two know who you are and you two are great at your jobs.that’s the only reason my review is 2 stars...

Horriable customer service. Dont go here for a western union, you"ll wait 30-45 mins bc no one is trained to do the dang thing. Unfriendly cashiers, if youre standing at the office they will just look at you. They dont notify anyone you are there. Ontop of everything the prices really arent that great. They price it low and then you are to add the tax in. So it looks great to the eye but really its about the same as other stores and meat is priced 5 for 25/bc its within days like 1-2/of expiring. No telling how they handle the meat. Just an awful place customer whise but what can you do with being in a small town...

I like shopping at this store. it is cost plus. Their website describes cost plus as ... We price all our products at cost, then add just 10% at the checkout! Product cost is determined by the total expense it takes to buy the product, get it from our warehouse or supplier (including freight, fuel, labor and warehousing) to the shelf...I like that it is: A Certified Employee Owned business.
