I had a truck delivering there at 1 PM on 8/31. He spent the afternoon and the night over there and next day around 11AM he noticed his dock light's green, so maybe his dropped trailer was unloaded and nobody called him. He went in and took his bills, then back to the trailer to hook it. Imagine his surprise when all the product was still in, 20ish hours after his appointment. He told them and checked back in, then was finally unloaded at 3 PM. From what I heard, dunno if true or not, they are about to close this place and have laid off like 30 ppl already, so they are seriously understaffed and running almost 24 hours behind.

TL;DR: If you have a shipment, delivering here, better cancel it on the spot or be ready to wait for over 24 hours after the appointment. I'd give it 0...

They are extremely slow. They tell you it will take 2hrs to unload you, they haven't even begun and it's been 3hrs. They don't care if you run out of hours, you can stay here as long as it takes them to unload you and you get your hours back. They tell you where the restrooms are and they have a list of places that deliver. I am less than 2hrs to home... Total BS !! I refuse to come back here, and I will never use Land Transportation(Evans Delivery) as a broker again. They said it was a 24/7 delivery, FC/FS, again, BS!! They go buy appointments.
