Hi Subway,
I experienced an unpleasant situation at a Subway restaurant. A situation that as a customer I could never tolerate and I can only imagine how Subway as a restaurant could ever let this pass.
As many others people that goes to restaurants like Subway, looking for a healthier alternative. I went to a subway restaurant located at 2560 London-Groveport Rd, Alum Creek Dr, Groveport, OH 43125, United States. When I entered the local I was attended by a man that stank, had a cigarette in his ear which in one moment fell to the floor. All of these were while he was supposed to wear a mask which he wasn't even wearing one. But the worst moment was when I decided to leave because when he asked me what bread I wanted, I saw that he wasn't wearing gloves, so I let him know that I decided to go to another place and when I turned my back he started insulting me.
I'm not writing this to insult Subway, but to let them know about the situation so that they can take action and stop situations like this from...
Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite Subways' it was one of the few that I would go to in Columbus. It was one of my favorites because they actually would make their bread fresh there... But recently they made some changes and they added this metal around the window area where you can't really see what the meat looks like they put in your sandwich. I don't particularly like that whereas before I could see through the clear glass and see what the meat looked liked, now I can't see which is suspicious to me. My subs have always been fresh but it kind of makes me wonder, what are they trying to hide? And why cover of the meat in such a way? Believe it or not this makes a difference when you're picking a sub where they have to place different kinds of meat on your sandwich one person sandwich could get two pieces of turkey two pieces of roast beef and two pieces of ham and one person sandwich could only get one of each...
Read moreThis is the 2nd time in a month we've ordered (online) and the food has arrived at work completely incorrect.
3 separate orders and each of them were incorrect.
Went back and they tried to tell us that they just made what came across the screen. Showed email/receipt and sandwiches which were obviously incorrect. Remade them, this is what one of them looked like AFTER they "remade" the entire thing. No tomatoes was stressed. They left both Italian dressing AND the mayo on (mayo not being part of the order.)
Last time, they told us that it wasn't their problem and they weren't going to fix it. That's what we get for giving them the benefit of the doubt.
