I paid in full for a bed on 7/6/2020.😁 It was delivered and assembled by Barnett and Swann on 10/20/2020. 😊On 10/26/2020 I noticed the bed was not assembled well.😔 I called and sent pictures the same day. No response to email or a call back...On 11/1/2020 I sent more pictures because the bed continues to collapse.🤔 The owner and manager said the bed I was at fault. This is the end of me doing business with Barnett and Swann. How can I be at fault when I didn't assemble the bed?I am so upset that I waited over 3 months to get a bed that I only enjoyed 5 nights. 🥺 Now I am fighting to get it repaired and a refund.😡 I am done doing business with this...

We just recently purchased a sectional, kitchen table, and buffet / server. They had just the right sectional and my wife fell in love with the table. The lady who helped us (her name was Dee) was so friendly and hospitable. I purchased the server for my wife for Christmas and she helped me keep it on the down low. The delivery men were professional and efficient and also assisted me in keeping the server a surprise. This was a great experience from the showroom to my living room including the financing process. I would recommend them 10/10...

Dee and Stephanie were awesome and super helpful. Dee knew we were shopping around, and rather than being a pushy sales person, she got straight to the point with us. She said get the model number of anything we see, and she will beat the price. She definitely did, and we purchased our new furniture from her.
