I have been looking for Indian food that tasted the same way it did when I was first introduced to it in college and I finally found it. Their butter chicken took my tastebuds back about 14 years and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be back.
For anyone else curious, I’m not sure what their hours are, but I’m assuming they’re similar to the grocery store and they do have a facebook page. If you want to call ahead to place an order, the number is the same as what is listed for the India Spices grocery store. Read moreDidn’t know this place was right around the corner and I’m SO happy it is! Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, and Sambar = top notch. The Masala Chai is as close as I’ve had to the chai’s from the chaiwala’s in India. My son really enjoyed the butter chicken. Spice levels were accurate and exactly what they should be. Don’t expect a fancy dining experience… It’s not intended to be. It’s a space to eat in the grocery store and that’s what adds to the experience for me.
