I would give them a better review, but the delivery drivers for them are TERRIBLE. My husband and I spent right at $19,000 on our brick from them. The first thing is that we were told we'd get a call ahead to schedule when to deliver brick & we NEVER did....not even once. We received deliveries on 4 different days & no notice on any of them. Also, the driver ran over a piece of wood that our framers had nailed as a ramp to our front door to access our house, and it scratched & bent our threshold. They refused to take the blame for it or even to help pay to get it replaced. We will never do business...

I purchased a small number of in stock bricks, 100 of them. They loaded the bricks into the truck, then by hand we set the bricks on their side so they would not fall over, however some of the bricks came loose. I noticed that the bricks where not quite what I wanted. So i talked to a person inside and I was told they have a no refund policy, once the bricks are loaded and set on their side, no refund.
