Steak-Out — Restaurant in Madison

Great Date night, friends gathering and any occasion food! First things first the food is kind of pricey and as the name implies Skeat Out is a carry out only, but after those two out the way. How it is? Location for Madison and serving the Arsenal is great food, one of the best and they have multiple locations in the area. The customer service either on phone or at the location is phenomenal. Best if you are a regular customer once you call them call pull your favorite and within 5 min the order has been placed. The average wait time is about 17 min. so if you live close by, in about 15 to 18 min drive your food is ready. The Food has great flavor is always cooked to your specifications and for the price is dead on the money. I was skeptical at first, but after trying a Chili’s that requires more driving, I gave a shot to this one and I am sold. Many residents of the area or event visitors have felt in love with the place. If you have friends that you want to impress, my favorite Steak tips will do the trick. Note: due to the location the packing is very limited so if you park on Publix is a no brainer walk. My fiancé & I absolutely loveee a good succulent steak and tender potato!

We come spend $43 faithfully everytime we order from steak out as we continue to get the exact same order everytime to where it’s on file and they remember .

I’ve never had any complaints when it comes to this location EVER ! However yesterday evening we place our order in advance as we always do with “Stephanie” immediately upon answering the phone she was extremely rude unlike ever before mind you we come to this location all the time ! I moved past the rudeness and went ahead with the order that would be ready in “10-15 minutes “ which is the fastest they’ve ever said to have our food ready but I thought nothing of it .

We arrive for the food I asked for steak sauce and ranch and she made me repeat it literally 6 times as if she couldn’t understand my pronunciation but I am very punctual so I believe again she was being snarky .

Proceed to charge me for the ranch which I’ve never had to do so I kindly declined .

We get home 2 minutes across the street & all the food is COLD !! BUNS WERE BURNT ! Potato HARD AS A ROCK ! Sour cream ? NONE ! Steak? OLD ! So atp I’m over it she gave me all this attitude about our food and an extra ranch just to not even get it correct...

So today I ordered food from this company at 2:51pm my food arrived at my job at 4:15pm before the food arrived i tried calling to cancel the order but kept getting a busy signal after my food arrived I called back still wanting a refund the guy that answered the phone stated they had turned the phones off because they were getting too many calls mind you it was not told nor explained to me that it would be an extended amount of time when I placed the order but anyway spoke with a manager that pretty much said because of COVID-19 they’ve been extremely busy i told her I still wanted a refund and her reply was ok I’ll send somebody to get the food no well can I send over a beverage or a dessert no nothing & guess what it only 15 mins to come pick the food up untouched might I add go figure so here I am still hungry at almost 5pm I’ll never do business with...
