You’re paying $10 to gain access to the lake. There is a small trailer that acts as a store and a place to watch a 10 minute video about the lake. There is a massive construction project happening next door. There might be one working mounted set of binoculars that you can use to view the lake.
Here’s the rub, if all you want is to touch the lake water and take some photos, that might be worth the $10 entry fee....
