Julie has helped us buy furniture twice now and this second time we walked in, told her what we needed and she showed us every option in store and online that met our needs. We quickly decided what we wanted and she worked us up an invoice and when we went to finalize the purchase we realized the sleeper sofa we wanted was no longer available. Julie immediately got in contact with the manufacturer to find out how we could make our dreams come true. She called us back in about an hour to let us know that we could custom order it but it would take a few weeks. EXCELLENT! Tiara is amazing! Her manager is awesome as well- he communicates well, your items are loaded up for you and you receive your items in a timely fashion. I live in ElDorado, but started making this my primary store because the customer service is always grand! Even when I was having a problem with the ElDorado store for 6 months, they mediated for me and my problem was solved! Unfortunately, I don’t use the ElDorado store anymore because their service doesn’t not measure up to the service you receive at the Magnolia store. Great shopping exspierence, everyone is helpful and great to work with. We had alot of questions for them due to my dad coming home on the weekend from care facility. So the fabric or leather has to hold up and recline for him to rest. She showed us many told us the advantage for us and the disadvantage pertaining to my dad. She talked about the difference in the leather, never pushed us at all. The delivery was fast and the loading men were excellent and so careful really a pleasure to meet.
