If I had the option to give zero stars I would! Terrible customer service. The lady that runs this store and I had agreed they would deliver a fridge to me 9/4 between 11:30 and 11:50 AM. She messaged me telling me the vehicle they use for deliveries was in the shop since Thursday and she didn’t know when she would get the fridge to me. I told her I would have to look elsewhere for a fridge and get my money back from them because I needed one ASAP. She then replied telling me that I didn’t have to look elsewhere because she can definitely deliver today about 2 hours from the time she messaged me at 12pm. I asked her to call me 20 minutes prior so that I could be expecting them. 2hrs and 50 minutes go by and I text her and get no reply so I call her she tells me she doesn’t know when she could get the fridge to me because the vehicle will be in the shop for an undetermined amount of time... so she lied to me when I told her I will have to go elsewhere and led me to believe that I would receive delivery today. When I asked why no one had called me or messaged me to tell me this she said she does things how ever she wants lol which is true because it’s her business but a terrible one at that! So I went to get my money back which I would’ve done way earlier in the day if she wouldn’t have lied to me. Then she expressed she was upset when I verified that the money she returned to me was real... like how are you going to get upset when someone checks 100 and 50 dollar bills you give them specially if you left the store to go get the money!? Do not recommend you go here they are not professional at all and have zero consideration of customers time. They also lie to you to keep...

We went looking for a refrigerator and found the best deal for us at KD. The Lady and her husband are absolutely amazing and super helpful. They moved other appliances out of the way so we could get a better look and plugged it in for us. They delivered about 1 hour after purchase and they are absolut pros about it! Our house door was an issue, they took it off in no time same with the fridge doors and had it back together in no time and even made sure to wipe the fridge down since it was a little bit rainy when they were delivering. I would totally recommend them and if we need another appliance we will definitely go back there! 5* very much...

They lied and did not tell me that when I use acima to help fiance an appliance that they would charge me so much she told me there was a small fee we got two washer they equaled out to 804 after taxes and everything then we found out ACIMA added an additional $900 just for the lease they are disgusting promoting ACIMA and telling people to use it this should be highly illegal yes I should have read the lease you may say but she put the lease in Spanish and she knows I don't know Spanish smh she should be...
