I’ve been a loyal Net-a-Porter customer, but this recent experience has completely changed that. I returned a pair of unworn shoes, tried on once indoors, following every step of their return process correctly and promptly. Weeks later, I was told the shoes had scratches and were “unfit for return.” This is simply not true. If the item was damaged, it arrived that way. I handled it with the utmost care and returned it in the exact condition I received it. To have my return denied and be held responsible for something I didn’t do is not just frustrating, it’s insulting and extremely unprofessional. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability and customer care. I expected better from a company that claims to value its customers. I will not be shopping with Net-a-Porter again and I caution others to be wary of their return process, especially when expensive items...

I have sent thousand´s of emails BUT NO ONE answered me!! I feel simply robbed by a BIG company that does not care about your LOYALTY customers ( I HAVE ORDERED TONS OF PRODUCTS FROM YOU FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD) I WILL NEVER BUY A SINGLE THING AGAIN, JUST BECAUSE OF THIS CASE.
