Splash Zone — Local services in Mahwah

The parks should cancel when it is pouring rain for this bounce house. Unfortunately, if we refuse to go, we lose money and when you’re spending $60 or more on ticket and $35 to park your car, you have no choice but to go in the rain this is very very bad reviews and if I could give it a zero I would. You can cancel only one day in advance, and according to the Weather app it was supposed to clear up at 2 o’clock And now it’s pouring. My kids are complaining and I’m complaining. And to find out any information is very difficult to get in touch with somebody. I’ve tried Facebook and I tried to park number. All you get is push another number and leave your name and phone number. This is a money stealing event Where the parks just don’t care....

The staff are disgusting. They hire people who are only rude nasty miserable and disgusting. They gave me misinformation so many times I had to do a run around and half my family was not allowed to enter due to that issue. They said because they reached capacity at 11am when the park closed at 4pm..and it looked like they could’ve allowed a few more people in. I suggest people go to the splash zone in PA staff are way nicer welcoming clean and better . Anyways especially the manager Peggy is nasty and rude. All the staff working thought they did something great with their lives by working in a park and giving people stank attitudes. This place was a bit of disappointment and a little questionable, typical Bergen County though. You get there and wait two hours for “sessions” only to close 40 minutes in. Some of the teenagers that work there are super nice but others (specifically lifeguards in lifeguard tower 3:20 session on 8/13/24) can barely string together a sentence and had their backs turned to the obstacle course!

no refunds? Maybe if you are going to have an entire park run by kids you should have one adult...
