Was given 3 legs for desk set up, however when trying to assemble, it clearly was not working.... then they said, "oh, we should have given you 5 total legs....come pick up the other 2 ! ..turns out after trying to set up the desks again ... 5 was NOT still enough....called them back...for them to say .oh...we should have given you 10 total...come back!!! ....and pick up the other 5!!! .....Get's better....Keys for cabinets took over a month to arrive...and YES ...I was asked to pick those up too!!! Because they got lost in the mail twice!! Huh?? Prices were ok...however whatever I thought I was saving in price..I spent in driving back 3 times in fuel!! YES I live an hour away, thanks for not asking!

But the best is when the store manager at Desplains says" sorry..".he's a new guy"...really!

Key learning here is ....Poor training practices...and did nothing for the Inconvenience or fuel spent for their shortfalls!

We have had the best experience with this company since we started working with them almost 2 years ago. We won't go to anyone else! The used furniture we've purchased from them looks brand new, but saved our office tons of money! We also ordered new furniture through them, and the quality is great, delivery is fast, and their install team did an excellent job getting it set up for us. They took great care on the install with our new wood floors and freshly painted walls. Whenever we had an issue with an order (which was rare), Kim and her team were quick to bring a good resolution. Their customer service is outstanding. I'm so grateful we found OFR and won't use...

Office Furniture Resources has a plethora of chairs (and other office furniture) on hand. Tim knew exactly what was in stock and which brands and models would suit my needs. He spent time walking me around the entire facility showing me every single option that would fit my needs, allowing me to sit in each chair and adjust it appropriately.
