Great product, great customer service, great price!

Long Story Short: I spent a lot of time debating where I should get my computer build because of post-shipping horror stories, so I decided to go local. After a quick email Dauntless set up an appointment and we got going. Shortly after I got my computer, it ran like a beast. I moved to a new apartment and I guess I messed up a couple things trying to upgrade to Windows 10, and I was able to take it back to Dauntless computers to fix all of my problems NO CHARGE! The thing is running great now and I have no regrets! 11/10 would do it again.

Long Story Long: I spent weeks researching prices for my 6th generation on big websites like ibuypower. I even waited for special deals! But then i started reading about how poor the support is afterwards, and I got scared that my 1.3k investment could not work on arrival, and then I am stuck with it.

I started to search local, and after comparing the local places Dauntless had the best prices. But the best price does NOT always make the best service! So I wanted to make sure we got an appointment to see if I was going to get good service. Chase was very thorough and professional. He made sure that I was comfortable about the price breakdown, terms of service, and the fact that I WOULD NOT PAY until he did a full demo (complete with benchmarks) on the day of delivery.

I signed the invoice (labor cost was low too!), and came back a few weeks later to see my beautiful new machine. We did a full sit down demo of the machine, and then after wards we counted out the money and I was on my way.

I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 a few weeks later and that (of course) was a disaster. It actually caused a lot of issues and then I downloaded MORE stuff to try to fix the stuff I broke, and it was just a landslide of failure.

I brought it back to Dauntless Computers and he took like 3 HOURS to fix my computer and he just installed Windows 10 with a brand new key FOR FREE! He got all my drivers up, made sure it was good to go, and sent me on my way. My computer has been running great ever since.

I have visited Dauntless Computers twice in the past few years and both times I've been incredibly impressed with the friendliness, knowledge, and speed of the employees I've encountered.

The first time I sought help from Dauntless, Jacob Lux spent the time necessary to research exactly what would perform as the best components for my needs. He went as far as to contact the support teams of the programs I required to find out what aspect of the PC those programs relied most heavily on so we could make sure I was going to get the best performance possible.

The second time I visited Dauntless was with a new PC build that I couldn't get to POST. Liam Clark was polite, friendly, professional and quick to diagnose the error so that I was up and running in no time.

This company is truly amazing! I had spent quite a while searching for a quality computer that could keep up with my addiction to Sims and Civ 5. Chase put up with my endless barrage of questions for over a week until I finally felt comfortable to put in an order.

He updated me on the progress almost every day and, since I was coming from Gainesville, helped work around my schedule so that I could pick it up. He even threw in a free SSD.

I picked it up September 2015. It ran great. I ran into some problems around February 2016 because I had downloaded some programs incorrectly. I brought it back to Chase that week and he fixed it for me free of charge.
