This review is for the CPAP department only. I have had no experience with any other department of this company. With that being said the CPAP department is concerned only with a dime and customer service is a myth. Stay away. After dealing with them numerous times over the last year, the only thing that has been extremely clear is Jason believes and makes it known to his customers that their insurance never pays enough for his services. Somehow you end up leaving feeling like this is your (the customerās) fault and you should be proud to be in his mere presence, since you havenāt paid for it. This is brought up every time you conduct business with him. If you donāt want to accept certain insurances, then donāt. However, no one needs to hear your continuous unprofessional whining. All of this can be tolerated until I am denied a report being emailed to me that is required for my job and my families livelihood, without paying them first for a report they already agreed to provide....for a report, my report that Jason told me I could call and get with no issues when I received my machine. This issue has since been elevated through my insurance company and was informed this is not allowed. In my experience, customer service doesnāt call Deep South Home Medical Equipment home. However, in the off chance Iāve just had a bad experience with Jason, Iād recommend dropping him like heās hot and getting someone who is a better fit for what I originally saw as a 5 star...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have read other reviews that the CPAP department is a myth at deep south, terrible customer service and this I have to agreed with 100%...The very first person u see, that sits at the front desk in the CPAP department when u first walk in, is very rude and sarcastic, to say the least, and the managers or bosses of the CPAP department are jerks...They r all about the money with no real compassion or help with problems that may and will come about during the CPAP experience...We have some great medical supply places here in Dothan and I would suggest u try one of those, cause this is the worse I have ever been treated by any company...thank u....Oh I only gave it one star cause u had to, to post a review, cause they really should get 0 stars...I see 3 other prior customers with very bad reviews, really feel for them, cause no body should b treated so badly ever!!!!
